  • Which areas do you serve?

    We work with companies from across Alberta. Some of them operate solely in Alberta while others perform business operations in other provinces.

  • Are you taking on new clients?

    Yes, we are currently taking on new clients. If you think we would be a good fit for your accounting needs give us a call at (403-227-1907) or send me an email.

  • Do you offer business advice?

    Yes, other than the accounting services mentioned, I also offer business advice and over-the-phone consultations starting at $50. an hour. Available for personal tax, sole proprietor, and corporations.

  • What are your credentials?

    Brenda has been a business owner since 2004 and completed the financial accounting course at Red Deer College. After graduation she worked alongside a tax accountant up until she began her own bookkeeping business.

  • I'm super behind on my taxes, can you help?

    Yes, we understand that many people are late or behind on taxes. We are happy to sort and organize all paperwork so it can be entered and bookkeeping can be managed. We would love to help you create harmony within your business.

  • What Software do you use?

    We proudly use: Receipt bank (DEXT), Auto-entry, Sage and QuickBooks Software Including the Cloud Accounting. We prefer these providers as they are well-rounded, easy to use and most affordable for what they offer. The proper software will be implemented depending on your business needs and goals.

  • What is the process to get started?

    If you would like us to manage your bookkeeping please reach out by phone or email and let us know how we can help you. If we are a good fit we will let you know what information and data we require in order to get started and will give you an hourly quote based on your needs.

  • Are you hiring?

    We are not currently hiring. If you are interested and have completed the accounting technician certificate at Red Deer College (or equivalent) your resume will receive first priority.
